Welcome to Crowned Sports. By accessing and utilizing our training services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a safe, structured, and effective environment for all participants.
1. General Policies
1.1 Participant Eligibility
- Our programs are open to homeschool students and children participating in alternative education programs.
- Participants must be at least 5 years old to enroll in training sessions unless otherwise specified for younger age groups.
- Parents or guardians must sign a waiver and release form before a child can participate in any session.
1.2 Code of Conduct
- Athletes must respect coaches, teammates, and opponents at all times.
- No bullying, profanity, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
- Proper sports attire and footwear are required for all training sessions.
- Parents/guardians are expected to demonstrate sportsmanship and encourage positive behavior.
2. Booking & Payment Policies
2.1 Session Booking
- Training sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance through our website or by direct contact.
- Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due before the start of each session or according to the selected monthly plan.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal.
- No refunds will be issued once payment has been made, except in cases of cancellation by Crowned Homeschool Sports.
2.3 Late Payments
- Payments that are more than 5 days late may result in suspension from training until the balance is settled.
2.4 Discounts & Promotions
- Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- Referral or promotional discounts must be used within the valid period specified.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
3.1 Athlete Cancellations
- 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling or canceling a session.
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
3.2 Crowned Sports Cancellations
- In the event of weather conditions, coach unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit will be applied to the athlete’s account.
4. Liability Waiver & Safety
4.1 Assumption of Risk
- Participation in sports training carries inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Crowned Homeschool Sports is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during training.
4.2 Medical Emergencies
- Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to training.
- In case of an emergency, Crowned Sports staff may administer basic first aid and/or contact emergency services.
4.3 Insurance Coverage
- Crowned Sports does not provide personal injury or medical insurance. Participants are encouraged to have personal health coverage.
5. Adapted Physical Education (APE) Policy
5.1 Enrollment & Accommodations
- Adapted Physical Education (APE) is designed for athletes with physical, cognitive, or developmental disabilities.
- Parents/guardians must provide detailed medical and behavioral information to ensure appropriate accommodations.
5.2 Individualized Support
- We work closely with families to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive training environment tailored to each child’s needs.
- Adaptive equipment may be available upon request.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1 Data Collection & Use
- We collect only the necessary personal information (e.g., name, contact details) for booking, payments, and communication.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
6.2 Media Release
- By participating in our programs, you grant Crowned Sports permission to use photos/videos of training sessions for marketing and promotional purposes.
- If you do not consent to media usage, you must submit a written request before your child’s first session.
7. Refunds & Credits
7.1 Refund Policy
- Refunds are not provided for missed sessions, unless due to cancellation by Crowned Sports.
- In exceptional circumstances, requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7.2 Training Credits
- If an athlete is unable to attend due to injury or illness, training credits may be applied toward future sessions.
8. Termination of Services
8.1 Grounds for Termination
- Crowned Sports reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation if:
- The athlete or parent/guardian repeatedly violates our Code of Conduct.
- Payments are overdue for more than 30 days.
- Any behavior threatens the safety and integrity of our program.
8.2 Appeal Process
- If a participant is suspended, they may submit a written appeal within 7 days for review.
